The Road to 50!

God has blessed me to see another year. 49 years old. Lot's of things to do and changes that need to be made so I'm going to blog them in what I'm call, The Road to 50. Exercise, other health issues, supplementing, finances, etc. All of these things will be addressed. I tried to get with the times to video my thoughts but it doesn't seem to want to post so I'll just post pictures for now until I get with the program. More to come!
